Management is the key ..
For many it is lost hope.. It can go down more if they do not become cash-flow positive ; issues are clear for me
A. strikes
B. Relaxed management who does not deliver
I see downside risk here ( past failing performance) ; but I like to put few pennies for upside as well
Consistent two quarters can bring it back to 20-30c
Selling at 8c is too late may be
