    Dear Sir/Madam,

    As a long-term shareholder, it is of great concern to see AGS listed for removal from the All Ordinaries Index – March 16, 2012 After Market Close
    in the announcement made the ASX before the commencement of trading today. What is the reason for this?

    Surely this warrants further explanation from the company to its long-suffering shareholders who have been in the dark due to the veil of secrecy surrounding the ongoing litigation.

    You prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
