Nzak ,they can only place 60.8 mill shares under the 15% rule ,it takes a few weeks to arrange a meeting to approve the remainder . You must of realized this project is still less than a year old and funds would be required to advance it ,as for CCC lol we would have 1.2 billion on the register by now if we had their management ,and no clarity of the financials. .
