It's quite simple really, post a negative criticism of substance rather than your theories and then be willing to engage in rational debate as to the merits of your POV.
I am happy to rationally debate the companies merits & pitfalls - all companies have both.

Btw, they have never released half-year guidance, they released full-year guidance. Therefore there is nothing to deviate from and thus they wouldn't need to announce anything.
