Carolus please explain how $1.2 billion is "low cost"?
You can't take one single shipment of iron ore without spending the Capex first. It needs a mine to be built, plus a processing plant as its low grade (not DSO) not to mention the propsed pipeline that needs to be built for the ore to reach a port... so this is certainly not a "low cost" project.
