There is a freeze on the buy back before half year and yearly results. Not sure of the legal requirement. I'm convinced you will find that once results out then it will be full steam ahead on the buy back again. I think you will also see the price rising in a controlled manner in order to convince shareholders with good size holdings to sell. At 29c doesn't seem to be many sellers but I think at 35c plus there would be more sellers
