re: Ann: Placement to Strategic Investor and ... Any company that ecq buys for less than $1M will itself have no money and be struggling (almost by definition) so what makes management with ecq's track record believe they will make that acquisition profitable?
I was in at the beginning and the company seemed to have so much promise. Where has it all gone?
