Really?, fair value, flies in the face of what's been told by the managers to date. I personally think, fair value is ZILCH.

"Nexbis, if, before execution of the Definitive Agreement, Agathis does not provide to Nexbis, to its reasonable satisfaction, documentary evidence of its financial capacity to pay the total Scheme Consideration"

Nexbis is the best, so we don't even know if Agathis can pay $80 million in cash?
The only assets I could find under the Agathis name are two properties in Thailand.

I wonder when they'll spell out Dato Young's involvement with Agathis.

I can smell a rotten deal...
