if you borrow money you have to be able to re-pay it.........that's why Apex was always funded by equity - one capital raising after another to keep cash coming in the door - there certainly wasn't any from mining - oh except for mining east pit which was done by the exploration team as no one thought to employ an open pit team.....sigh, I digress.....

Anyway banks wouldn't touch it then and now given that it's harder to borrow maoney than it was in 2008 you haven't a hope of a bank touching this.
