Tony Locantro seams to know most of the MD's and key players in the Junior sector, directly or by reputation, don't know how many years he covered ASX juniors for Patto's but every time I mention a stock to him, he can tell me its full history since IPO date.
His selection criteria is about as inside as you can get without being illegal. You name it, NST, RMS, IGR, too many too mention, he was there from the ground up,(or down). His premier Gold stock selection at this crucial time for the sector is ORS. I cant imagine how many it was short listed from.
Most of his key plays are up today, after his presentation on TV - wish I could have seen it.
By the way Zinvestor - yes I am stalking you, like your thinking and your selections, though I am too late to follow most of your plays.
I place a wide net across hot sectors then narrow it down and recast the net - sacrificing dogs and taking profits to raise money for the next cast.
Lately I am letting profits run and culling dogs - this is working out well.
Interesting to see my junior spread portfolio growing at over 1% a day while the index dives. I know we can loose 30% in a month, but we have intrinsic value far above even our best days, so we re-coil and bounce hard.
