I figure it's a little bit like a drilling program underway.
The court case goes bad, we broke the drill bit and have to wait until may for another crack.
The result is good, and takeover speculation/major investment go-ahead is looking likely.

The small fall today looks simply like a retracement from the %60 rise in the last 2 months, $0.18 low to $0.30.
