out flows for this q by there estimates are 18mill for pdn expn development and admin.

So theoretically we should get into the rich west zone if we have inflows of 15 mill again, without needing a loan.If we do require a loan it will be a small one.

This being the case it would come from Hong kong to protect his own investments.

The worrry is execution on that West Zone.Also the ability to bring pdn costs down.
