    Loan facility senior debt stands at $2,160,000

    Convertable note facility with LaHorrorCove stands at currently $750,000

    Cash left is $1,300,000

    One sick puppy IMO.How could it have got to this.What happens if the senior debt is called and what are the conditions.
    I cant be bothered looking but i may now.
