The assets of RP were sold. No monies changed hands. There is a dispute regarding the assets as not all have been handed over nor are the assets in good working condition as they were purported to be at sale.
As regards MVH: there were money offers to buy the assets but the directors at the time refused to sell same as they were being used for personal use by some people not JA. (T V and tools etc.)
As regards Mconnect: offers were made to purchase the IP but were refused by the Directors.
As regards the others, GOK ( g.d only knows) but if previous dealings are as they have been in the past, then NIl consideration.
