So why would oxx choose NOW to do their in specie, and why OIP as well?

Why would wpl be so keen on CAterina, AND tell OXX?

Why would WPL want all the bitsy stuff that makes up CUE, when instead they could just do a deal for the rest of CAterina?

Ultimately wpl would have to do a deal with Todd to succeed with a takeover. Me thinks that deal would easiest be done based on the sole asset that they wanted.

Ploys and hostile takeovers are out of the question, as Todd,spc,directors and me together holding close to 50% makes it pretty hard for a hostile bidder to get over 50% and a change of control.
