in specie special dividend., page-11

hi camry & fellow OXX shareholders but may i please ask you all a few silly questions about latest announcement (as am only a newbie to asx)

i) so OXX holders will now receive 1 cue share for every 5 oxx shares held - so we now become part holders of cue as well - is this correct?

ii) OXX holders will also receive 1 orion share for every 20 oxx shares held - so we now become part holders of OIP as well - is this correct?

iii) dividend expected to be about 5.025 cents but may vary upon any change in value of CUE & OIP sp - so does this mean dividend may increase or decrease? as we would expect CUE & OIP sp to increase leading up to march 2012 record date - is this correct? if not, what would you guys anticipate fully franked dividend to be?

iv) in my case i qualify for 1000+ shares in CUE but less than 1000 OIP share entitlement - so would i be paid cash instead for OIP portion of entitlement?
