With the discussions underway it may be well worth the time to work out who will win Port approval..
For mine if its going to be funded by private equity surely those awarded an allocation will be either mining or ready to mine. Hence Cazaly must be in the box seat for 4 million tonnes, GWR ??, Mins although im not sure of there reserves and Cliffs..
The others seem not to be as well advanced or need massive capex to get started.
Just my thoughts...
