I've already posted off my 'yes' vote in case he changes his mind.

Even though the holdings for top 20 was diluted after the exercise and finalisation of the listed options, the last cap raising ($1.20) all went to the top 20 who now hold around 85% of the shares on issue. Registries don't get much tighter than that.

Also, holders 9 and 10 have been replaced by Bank Julius Baer & Co Ltd which is a Swiss private banking group and Invesco Australia Ltd.

Surely they wouldn't have put that sort of money up front, and in this market, if they didn't think that they were on a Winner'murra.
