This sale is very very complex and must be weighed up accordingly.
1) The gold price has not been a benefit to Juniors.
The market treats gold explorers as equity companies with high risk factors. Translation- gold juniors are not in a bull market. One day this will change but not today.Time is the killer. More time = more cash burn= share dilution=???

2)There is a strong possibility that the Eritrean government will renig on there purchase of 30% of the ore body.
Tranlation- you will get a deal on the 30% but it may not be what you expect.

3) Selling this deal to the TSX is becoming more difficult.
Translation- bloody hard to raise funds via TSX and at what dilution costs.

4)Eritrean government are increasingly involving themselves in risky geo-politics in the region.
Traslation- is the life span of this government, short, medium or long term--Sovereign Risk is high and going higher. And the rules can change very quickly.

Conclusion--A) Do you hold in there and tough it out.
And this strategy will cost you and you have no idea of the end cost.

B) Do you sell and obviously at a reduced price and live to fight another day. There will be gold juniors with very good prospects vunerable under this market to cheap buy-outs.
But there will be a time vacuum and the story/marketing becomes extremely week.

A and B are influenced by how you rate management.

Your time will come to vote. It's a hard one. If in doubt, toss a coin.
