Based on past performance there will be 2 capital raisings before any income starts to flow. I will bet that just before all is in place ELK will have one last grab at getting more in the bank.... look at the last raising... it was to do what... well a broad range of non specific "expansions"..... it has been this way since 2007...... the best indicator of future behaviour is past behaviour.
