CEO's should be paid on performance, performance of the company, not their own bank balances. So should directors.
This company has had so called potential for years, but only goes down in share price. Not sure what the directors get paid, whatever it is, it is way too much for a company going backwards.
If the directors had any sense of decency, they should be paying the shareholders some of their money back.
I'm still holding because my holding is now not worth dumping, hoping for a miracle. The price of gold is irrelevant! Good directors are.
