re: Ann: Bidder's Statement despatched to... Reading the Target's Statement I was drawn to the Independent expert's report, provided by Deloitte. In bold I am reading "The takeover Offer is fair".
On the first page, it states what you should do if you have a complaint which is to send an email to [email protected]. An interesting other avenue is the Financial Ombudsman Service [email protected]

I think it would be worth a shot to write an email to the Ombudsman as they are meant to be independent and will investigate all complaints. I don't recall anyone on here ever mentioning this before.

By the way, the two signing off partners being Nicki Ivory and Johan Duivenoorde may be worth a direct call to discuss how they formed their opinion of fair and reasonable.
