In September,RAI attemted a break above 0.14.
This was on the heaviest volume EVER & with the bonus of a couple of gaps.
I thought it was a genuine one,but it proved to be false.
Now,RAI is launching another assault.
It is worth watching.....There will be NO comeback on another break.
