    Why take the risk $25m in this market is worth a lot if used wisely.

    Remember Grimaldi is still on the hook for a huge ammount.
    A well managed litigation in dificult times well done!

    This company has some smart people both on the board and arround it i am sure thay are able to encourage a reasonable settlement from Grimaldi.
