Nevsun will now get ready to pounce. A few of the bigger funds should show their displeasure and dump the stock and drive it to $.25 (only $.02 to go). Nevsun can then be the white knight and offer a 40% premium to $.35 or what would amount to an $80 million bid. For this they would get $40 million in cash meaning they can get the entire Zara project and Mogoraib next to their Bisha project for $40 million. What an incredible deal.

This way current management gets thrown out on the street by Nevsun which is where they belong after agreeing to this deal with the Chinese. With the share price now in the gutter, Nevsun would be foolish not to act now for a hostile bid. Chalice management may have just cost themselves a job.
