I think the the shift by PPY to identifying itself as a 'technology' outfit has been both a ploy to attract broader sustainable investment interest, AND seek further Fed Gov't grant monies.

That has long since dried up, and I really cannot see these guys being there much longer.

One of us should really get in touch with the lady and ascertain if she was 'lead' into this, or the decision was made of her own free will. It definitely SMELLS to me.
