I too share your disgust at the rapaciousness of the new feudal barons, ie the executive/director class.
But I prefer to not worry about things I have no real power to influence or change. Until there is some serious legislative change on corporate activity and we have a watchdog with teeth and the desire to use them I will fall back on the only course left open to me, ie to sell & buy what I think will make ME some profit.
For now, I think WTP will and the fact that it might be a bigger profit if the mgmt were less greedy is something up with which I will have to put.
