I think it would have been fair to say that they would have been reasonably optimistic to fully place ...regardless of the current market.
They need to seek other investors at same terms, apart from option they're not getting anything the market cant offer, in fact could have got at 4cents today.

I think that there will be a different focus, given repsonse. This could possibly be a good thing to make the business start to be active to release JORC update or development new strategy.
