Dividend has been pretty stable apart from the GFC where it was put on hold.
The closer our SP gets to a dollar, the more attractive our yield will be looking and punters find it awefully difficult to overlook a bargain for too long.
Can this go lower? Absolutely.
But there will come a time where risk simply has to be to the upside.
I personally believe that time is now.
