Just a few calcs... around 150m shares, share price $1.35 is market cap of around $200m.
Recent deal sees them:
$6m upfront $75m first six months of sales (based on 50% of $150m). 10% - 30% Royality on sales. Which looks to be at least around $300m a year if not a lot more.
So EV minus this short term cash is around $120m, and they are going to get at least $60-70m a year.
And this is US alone.... seems cheap longer term.
Anyone got any thoughts?
