I agree with you stretchie they have no cash right now, but.. if BPT do get a nice big joint venture, part of the deal will be some $.

However, I would say a simple share script offer would do it.
In fact, it would work out cheaper in my mind to just take them over..? (exploration wise)

even if they 'paid' %100 premium for LKO... = $60 Million in shares, they would be getting a 'bargain' %100 of the PRL2

As the exploration costs imply its worth at least $100 million alone.

Good points regarding other expenditure mate, takes me a while to think of all the angles.
