I prefer the shares here to the Options:

"There are 282,419,135 options on issue representing 61.9% of total shares on issue. The exercise price of the options is 1.0c and the exercise date is 31/12/2014 (1107 days to expire).

The intrinsic value of the options defined by the share price 1.70c less the exercise price is 0.70c. Having potentially diluted options above 7% of issued shares is not considered desirable by Warren Buffett..."
