16 schemes M&K are progressing and givin that 3 months starting in August 2012 is what the the beak is hoping to get it done and dusted,then it is well worth the wait and I for one will NOT be OPTING OUT of the biggest stoush in litigating history for individual investors in a class action.
I expect a letter soon from Mac Pherson and Kelly advising me ,as the law of the land states,if I need to think about continuing----LOL!?.
I don't need to be or want to get a second wind to buck the system that allows the letter of law of the day,to say that I don't have recourse in people that think they are above it,and think they can get away with it.
