and that matches number from the Annual

but re the 16m issued (included above in Annual number)

Under the terms of the negotiation for this acquisition, Aragon Resources Ltd received $1,000,000 together with 16,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares of the Company, 8,000,000 of which are under voluntary escrow for a period of twelve months from the date of acquisition. [from Feb]

wonder why the 8m didn't show as escrowed?
