It is going to be a placement per the EGM papers received in yesterday's mail. A placement to select wholesale clients who are going to be fully informed about where EOC is headed.
Moreover, Hidili are unlikely to be one of the parties currently showing corporate interest in EOC's assets.
Hence your conjecture is wrong on both fronts.
