I just called them and they a computer glitch meant they didn't record my banking details so cheque is in the mail.

I told them I expect to be financially compensated for this debacle.

To his credit he was polite and apologised profusely. I asked him if this was all a ply to gain the additional interest and he said that they would have preferred that everything worked perfectly and their reputation is more important.

He appreciates my dissatisfaction.
