And DPI don't reply to emails either. How easy it is to just hit the delete button.
Frustrating to say the least....... We should be given an award or reward just for our patience (regardless of how thin), lol.
I've noticed on DPI's REF page they are now publishing the REF and the approval at the same time. A sudden change in policy perhaps?
