    I have been a LT SOE shareholder and very happy to be taken out by SOL, albeit at a small loss.

    I am a little puzzled by the high T/O of SOE shares and the announcements of large shareholder changes over the last few weeks. Shareholders getting out at .16 when offer of takeout is .163 in cash or SOL shares..and the takeout seems watertight. Suppose SOL might be buying on market to cut their payout?
