I have experienced these delays before, even after 3 days settlement on Sell. One day after midnight at 2am I rang the bank, and as I was given lots of excuses, by then I was fuming and spitting bricks, and I told them to stop playing with my money in the european, overseas markets plus earning extra interest at my expense, and that I wanted my money ipso facto. So I checked at the ATM ten minutes later and Voila! the money was there! Good Luck to you all.
