Looks like the major shareholder is not happy with management and wants a bigger say in running the company.
TAM still has a lot of debt and will need to raise cash to get Groundrush and the mill up and running.I suspect the sp will fall a little from here until the CR is bedded down if there is to be one.They only produce 40,000 oz pa and cash costs are quite high compared to other miners.
