The real dilemma for company is finding a viable resource to mine.

To the extent that PRE can get to the phase of mining (e.g. mining GTS) it will need to do either of the following (or a combination):

- Raise additional capital;
- Seek debt; and or
- Seek a partner who has the expertise in the mining process.

If they started mining they won’t be living off shareholder handouts anymore....
