An application for lease normally take 3 to 5 months depend on what the paper back log is. With push from politician to open uranium mining, it could speeding thing up a bit. But if I am SIM management I am quite happy to sit back and wait for the leases to be granted while DYL, PDN and BHP are doing the drilling.

Just my opinions and with DYL s**t load of shares on issue and SIM only 16M, I prefer to hold SIM especially at the 20c level.
