As a shareholder, I’d like the directors to get the share price back to 10-15cents……………. To do that, they need to secure a mining asset that represents that value ie:
• They would have to negotiate an acquisition (of a mining resource) that would give the company a Market Cap. of $X (based upon the market rate of the resource secured) • Once $X is divided by the post-acquisition number of shares (ie current issued shares + shares issued for the acquisition), I’m hoping the resultant share price will be 10-15cent
Can they make such an astute acquisition? Or, will they give what’s left of the farm away again? Let’s see.
What I hope they don’t do is a share consolidation – this usually results in shareholders (of such micro-cap companies) being seriously diluted.
