Someone was there, not sure who as there was no chairman's address and no presentation but there was apparently an informal chat over tea and coffee after the voting was done.
Sounds like the company has cut everything back to the bone whilst waiting for Craig Marshall to take over the board and put his own people in charge of managing the company.
