The remuneration model at AZG attracts a lot of attention. It is purpose designed to complement a "people driven" business model.It attracts, motivates and holds outstanding people.
It is a 3 year program serving 30 managers across the group. Best of all 1/3 of the bonus/incentive remains unallocated and will be used to deepen the management team in coming months.
The incentive is NPAT linked and it is worth noting that unless Scott Walkem delivers the goods he gets no joy from the scheme.
People would be well advised to revisit the EGM to get the detail on the scheme. If all else fails I will take specific questions to the management team and post the reply on Hot Copper.
