Interesting point. Quality does play a role but at this stage it is about acquisition of the asset and raising capital in my opinion.
The market wants to see the possibility of growth here, the coal quality of the region is quite good, the governments position quite favorable and the Management has the experience to use the asset to its fullest. At this stage in my opinion the Market is looking for growing assets.
