    As per the PKF Property Monitor 2011- the discount to NTA for AREIT's in australia is 26%, thats the average. For the big 9 they are at just 3.5%.

    It of course be up to you are to where you think CFS sits in relation to the average AREIT.

    I dont hold any CER anymore but might buy CFS if there's a big enough discount.
