and the whole point of writing the letters isn't to improve 3d's prospects [although it would be wonderful]
the point of establishing a paper trail is so that later if the worst happens,the laws on directors responsibility can be used to recoup some losses. cheap insurance against noel knitting while shareholders cash burns.
