Given that the PwC shenanigans are all about them trying to mitigate their exposure to the "CNP" class action compensation, was wondering if anyone knows what sort of payout the class actions were seeking against CER.
The court decision today (assuming it finally does get approved tomorrow) will leave PwC all on it's own to fend off the angry CNP class action claimants.
I read recently that the class actions were seeking $600M in total compensation. I'm no lawyer but, I assume CER/CRF can only be hit up for the CER portion of the class action claim. Does anyone know what the class action is seeking from CER? Interestingly, any payout exceeding $76M will now also be borne by CRF due to the 6.91 percent CATS cap of $76M. Nice to share the love (pain) around for a change..
Can anyone confirm a payout figure specific to the CER class action?
