Yes Suschi ...bec that's APEX management do ..first they issued alot share ...an take money from shareholders...but that money not for company's progress or development ..but they take these money bec they can take high salary from those money ....an show loss to shareholders an market ...I think they sholud have to give new management ...bec I think that's not them cup of tea .......they only know how to take high salary an put in his pocket ...
